How to cancel a customer's subscription

If a customer has a recurring subscription (Bi weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Daily, Weekly, Every 3 Weeks, Every 4 Weeks, Every 6 Weeks, or Every 8 Weeks) you can cancel the entire subscription from the customer profile with a few clicks.

  • This is ONLY relevant to recurring services and not one time cleanings
  • All active subscriptions for that customer will be displayed

Here's how to cancel a customer's subscription:

  • Navigate to the customer profile
  • Find the subscription you want to cancel
  • Click on 'Cancel Subscription'

      • Complete the confirmation request

  • The subscription will be labeled as 'Canceled'

  • The customer will automatically receive a cancelation email (see your cancelation email template in Settings -> Template - Cancelation Receipt)
  • All of the future jobs will be taken off of the Scheduling view
