Failure to pay Maidily subscription

There is a 21 day grace period for failed subscription payments.

After 21 days of failed payment for your subscription your Maidily account will automatically be canceled

If the payment for your subscription fails to process you will receive a number of emails/notifications prompting you to update your billing details in order to continue using Maidily.

To continue using Maidily click on 'Update Billing' and add a new form of payment

Here is what to expect if your payment fails to process for your Maidily subscription:

  • Failed payment:
    • 1 email notification
    • Banner notification
  • 1st week after failed payment:
    • 1 email notification with auto cancelation date
    • Banner notification with auto cancelation date
  • 2nd week after failed payment:
    • 1 email notification (final) with auto cancelation date
    • Banner notification with auto cancelation date

Failed payment:

  • 1 email notification

  • Banner notification

1st week after failed payment:

  • 1 email notification

  • Banner notification

2nd week after failed payment:

  • 1 email notification

  • Banner notification

You Maidily account will automatically be canceled 7 days (on the 3rd week) after receiving the 2nd email

Considerations:

  • Maidily will try reprocessing the payment every 2 days until it goes through OR the account is canceled
