Cancelation fee refund

You can charge your customers a cancelation fee and you can also refund it.

When you refund a cancelation fee the job status will change depending on if you refunded the full cancelation fee amount or the partial amount

Cancelation fee refund:

  • Click on the 'Cancelation Refund' button in the top right corner

  • From the pop up choose how much you would like to refund

  • Once you click 'Confirm' the fee total will be refunded back to the form of payment used for/on the job
  • The Job status will change to either
    • Cancelation - Partially Refunded 
    • Cancelation - Refunded

Cancelation - Partially Refunded

  • Partial refund status

Cancelation - Refunded

  • Full refund status
