How to toggle tech visibility to customer emails & phone numbers

You can turn off the ability for techs to see customer's emails and phone numbers through the tech's profile.

The permission is tech specific and can be controlled on the profile of the tech.

You can find the switch called 'Show customer phone numbers and emails' on the technician's profile:

  • When switched to 'No' Maidily will hide all customer emails and phone numbers from the technician both on the mobile application and on our web based application
  • When switched to 'Yes' Maidily will show all customer emails and phone numbers from the technician both on the mobile application and on our web based application
