How to create a job

You can create a Job in Maidily from 3 different places:

  • Jobs
  • Customers
  • Scheduling

How to create a job from Jobs:

  • Click on 'Jobs' from the left side panel
  • Click on Add Job in the top right corner

  • Fill out the job details

  • Make sure to 'Save' at the bottom

How to create a job from Customers:

  • Click on 'Customers' from the left panel
  • Click on 'Add Customer' in the top right corner

  • Filling out the customer details first is a requirement

  • Click 'Save & Create Job'
  • Fill out the job details for that customer on the next screen

  • Make sure to 'Save' at the bottom

How to create a job from Scheduling:

  • Click on 'Scheduling' from the left side panel
  • Click on 'New Booking' in the top right corner

  • Fill out the job details

  • Make sure to 'Save' at the bottom
