Send payment reminder text

You can send a payment text reminder to your customers through the Job details page:

• Selecting a phone number is required before sending text notifications
• The text message body is limited to 135 characters - including any values in the variable fields

• You can edit the text that you want your customers to receive from Settings -> Booking forms & Communications -> Text communications:

• Edit the text message body by choosing from the variable fields:

Considerations:

• The 'Payment URL' variable field is used ONLY if you want to take payment through credit/debit card (Stripe or Square integration required)
• You can paste in links to your CashApp/Venmo/PayPal profiles directly in the text message body
